Three story, brick building with flat roof and flat parapet. Façade divided into three bays separated by brick pilasters. Recessed central entrance consists of two wooden, single-light doors flanked by splayed single-light display windows, each topped with transom.

 

First-floor display windows divided into two lights with four-light transoms above and brick bulkheads below. The second floor of the facade consists of three symmetrically spaced sets of two-light fixed replacement windows topped with segmentally arched lights. The third floor of the facade consists of five symmetrically spaced single fixed replacement windows set in segmentally arched openings. One secondary door is near the rear of secondary façade.
